From the information i got, you don't need to send i or d to 5900 anymore. You only have to configure your psiphon, SyphonShield or simple server with the below normal proxy server .
Proxy server: musicplus.mtnonline.com
To check your MusicPlus balance and be sure, just dial *559*2# and you won't see the music plus MB again while you are still browsing.
